A senior sales and marketing professional with more than twenty years of experience in managing sales and marketing operations and training, Tapas has a diverse background in executive management experience. He has a proven track record driving corporations to profitability in startup, turn-around and high- growth situations. He has authored over fifty publications in his field of expertise.

Tapas attended university in India and continued his studies in the U.S. where he earned an MBA degree. He currently resides with his family in Canada. In his leisure time, Tapas enjoys cricket, interactive gaming and reading.
