Create interactive web pages using the HTML <FORM> tag. Jazz up your site with a guestbook, conduct opinion polls and surveys, design online order forms, get feedback from visitors...the only limit to the usefulness of HTML forms is your imagination! This course provides step-by-step instructions for designing a simple form, CGI and "mailto" form handling, text input, check boxes, radio buttons, and other form basics. You will learn how to use images in forms, how to construct pull down and scrolling lists, how to embed hidden input fields in forms, and how to use a graphic image for a Submit button. By the end of this course, you should be able to create fully interactive HTML forms for your web pages.

Prerequisites: A basic knowledge of HTML and the ability to create a simple web page are necessary for this course. Beginning HTML topics will not be covered in this class.

Curriculum: 5 week course. No textbook required.
